Brion Gysin appears in an insert alongside Man Ray, Gianni Bertini, Jean-Loup Philippe, Rochber Gybduf, Paul-Armand Gette, and Bernard Heidsieck. An image of Gysin pointing at a projection of himself alongside the words “I am BRION GYSIN and other GYSIN am I? (entendre disque OU Nº 1)” is at lower center.

Gysin is also represented on the included LP, with “3 Permutations (1960)” on side B.

Additionally, an advertisement included for OU, issue 25, notes the inclusion of “Subway Sound” by John Giorno and Brion Gysin.

This was published in Paris, France by Henri Chopin in April 1965. This was an edition of 500 copies, of which there are:
