Published in Brisbane, Australia by Xochi Publications (Michael Spann) in 2006. This was published in an edition of 100 copies, the first 25 of which were accompanied by an edited CD version of Paul Bowles: Field Recordings, audiocassette E.

This copy (lacking the Bowles CD) was a kind gift from Inkblot publisher Theo Green.
