Living Arts, Issue 2, June 1963

Brion Gysin is mentioned on page 109, in “Movement Gloop,” a section of the article on “The Living City” by Warren Chalk, Peter Cook, Dennis Crompton, Beth Fether, David Greene, Ron Herron, Peter Taylor, and Michael Webb. This mention appears in the context of the Dreamachine, and it also mentions Grey Walter and Ian Sommerville. On page 108 is an image of a Dreamachine with rectangular holes, with the text “FFFFFFLICKER MOVEMENT.”

Published in London, England, by the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) in June, 1963.

My gratitude to The Web and Its Pests (Dave Cardeiro and Graham McEvily) for drawing my attention to this item.
