No direct Gysin contribution. The name of this mostly music periodical translates to "Gadgets attack! Lets recharge our guns again!".  The only copy that I've located, very rare.  Contains a four page biography of William S. Burroughs entitled "Heavy Mental", pp. 30-33, which contains a number of mentions of Brion Gysin's collaborations with Burroughs. Screenprinted covers.
